missingWrote a review on Aug 24spacious roomcomfortable bedsparking challengesclosed restaurantpool reservation inconvenience
The room was spacious with two comfortable queen beds and offered great views, making it perfect for our family's gatherings. However, parking was a challenge due to an unexpected concert, and the restaurant being closed for breakfast was disappointing. While the staff was generally friendly, the reservation requirement for the pool was inconvenient, and the food prices were on the high side.

My kids wished the pool area had more activities for younger children, like slides or splash zones.

Amazing service, but pricey snacks
I had a fantastic time here! The staff was super friendly and treated me with so much respect. My room was comfy and clean, and the location is really handy for exploring the area. I loved the bar/lounge area, perfect for chilling after a long day. Just wish the lobby snacks weren't way overpriced!

missingWrote a review on Aug 12parking issuecleaning concerns
Parking was a hassle. the hotel was fully booked and left no space for guests who had already reserved. The check-in experience turned into a lengthy ordeal with poor communication, resulting in a frustrating wait of over seven hours before I received my room number. Cleaning left much to be desired. dust on surfaces and visible smudges on mirrors were unexpected, making me question the overall maintenance standards of the place.

If you’re hunting for tasty bites, Chicago’s got you covered! Hit up Lou Malnati's Pizzeria for the iconic deep-dish that'll make your taste buds dance. Then, swing by Mercat a la Planxa for a feast of global flavors right around the block. Plus, the location is a total win with nearby attractions and eateries galore!
But hold up, the pool reservation situation is a bit of a pain. Let’s just say, clarity on that would’ve been nice to see earlier. The staff could also use a little more pep in their step when it came to timely room service.
